In-EU Stock and Food Safety Standards For our European stock, products are typically pre-packaged in minimum quantities, like 25 kg drums for Creatine and 20 kg bags for Whey Protein. Since our Netherlands warehouse doesn't offer food-grade repackaging services, we maintain the original manufacturer’s packaging to ensure food safety. This practice makes the minimum packing quantity our smallest saleable unit, safeguarding the internal quality of our goods.
Direct Shipping Flexibility and Custom Packaging When it comes to products shipped directly from China, we can accommodate any order size—from 1 kg to 500 grams, even as little as 100 or 50 grams. We're able to repackage in our factory's clean room per order, ensuring microbial and other standards are met without imposing minimum requirements.
While we don’t enforce specific quantity constraints, it’s important to note that the costs associated with services increase for smaller quantities. For instance, the service price for delivering 25 kg of Creatine to Hamburg, Germany includes fees for breaking the original pallet, warehousing operations, and logistics costs, averaging €7.2 per kg. In contrast, these costs drop significantly for a 675 kg pallet, averaging €0.67 per kg.
For small shipments under 50 kg from China, we often opt for couriers like DHL or FedEx, while for orders over 100 kg, air freight becomes more viable. The substantial difference in costs between these shipping methods makes it clear why smaller quantities come with a higher price tag.
